All of our support workers must have the following skills and qualities
- Compassionate and Empathetic - Our Support Workers have a genuine desire to help others and provide compassionate care.
- Excellent Communicators - They communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Team Players - They work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Observant and Detail-Oriented - They are vigilant in observing and reporting changes in individuals’ conditions.
Training & Development
Our Support Workers all have previous experience. There training is checked to ensure the highest standards of compliance. Willows Healthcare regularly audits files and provides refresher training through our E-learning platform.
